I had a tooth root canal treatment and the all service was excellent every one was super polite ,accommodating and helpful throughout the process. The receptionist was well informed and helpful right from the start through an inquiry phone call. This was a very disappointing experience. I went in for a simple brace adjustment, but the dentist performed an unrequested cleaning and failed to properly check around my crown. My tooth was bleeding afterward, and by the next day, one tooth was loose. When I went back to explain the situation, instead of taking responsibility, they charged me to fix the issue. Length of experience means nothing if patient care and accountability are lacking. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.So poor service and Dentists.
I had a tooth extraction at this clinic. The procedure was quite challenging, but the doctor was able to perform it successfully. Her assistant was very hands-on, ensuring the doctor was well assisted and comforting me throughout the procedure by gently holding my face, which helped me feel relaxed.
I highly recommend this clinic, I had a dental bridge done and the entire experience was fantastic. The staff took time to explain every step, answer all my questions, and ensure I was comfortable. The final result is amazing - the bridge looks and feels completely natural. I am so happy with the quality of their work and the exceptional services.
