Very clean, professional , well organized. I really enjoyed the experience. Whenever I go, i feel pampered and well taken care of. From receptionists, to nurses, to coordinators, doctors...everything was amazing. Their prices are reasonable compared to other centers. They accept payment through Tabby and Tamara. GASTRIC BALLOON. Do not go to this clinic. It was genuinely one of the worst experiences of my life. I had a Gastric Balloon inserted through Noor Al Mamzar Clinic, and from start to finish the experience was awful. The process begins with relentless messages pushing you to book a consultation. When you arrive, you’re brought into a room where multiple sales staff come in and out — not a doctor in sight. Prices are scribbled on the back of paper with “special discounts” constantly offered. They aggressively try to upsell IV drips and supplement testing. The “supplement test” was honestly unbelievable — I was asked to place my hand on something that looked like a hard drive, and then told what vitamins I was lacking. This cost 2000 dirhams. More seriously, I was given extremely misleading information before the procedure. My husband was away for work, so I specifically asked if I could bring my 2-year-old baby with me to the hospital. I was told it would be “easy easy easy” and that I’d be in and out in 20 minutes. “ That was completely untrue. Arriving at the hospital with my child was incredibly stressful and embarrassing because it turned out to be a much bigger procedure than they described. Afterwards, I was vomiting every 10 minutes for nearly 3 days, completely exhausted and unable to sleep while still trying to care for my toddler. I was absolutely not prepared for how severe the recovery would be. Now, 8 months later, I need the balloon removed. I asked not to return to the clinic and requested to deal directly with the hospital instead, but they insisted I come in for blood tests and an ECG first. Then I was told removal would cost 3500 dirhams — something that was NEVER properly explained to me at the beginning. When I complained, they suddenly “discounted” it to 2000. This clinic feels like nothing more than a middleman between patients and the hospital, focused entirely on making profit. At no point did I feel genuine concern for patient wellbeing. I learned some very hard lessons from this experience.

I had my Caesarean section at Noor Al Mamzar Clinic, and my experience with Dr. Mohamed Elaalem was truly wonderful. He took great care of me from start to finish and made sure I felt safe, comfortable, and well-accompanied throughout the entire process. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail really helped me stay calm during such an important moment. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and support I received.
