Outstanding Care from Dr. Varun’s Dialysis Team at NMC Specialty DIP We are deeply grateful to the nurses and technicians at the NMC Dialysis Center, Dr. Varun’s dialysis team, for the exceptional care they have given my husband, Sherwin. From the very start of his dialysis journey with them on December 27, the team has been consistently kind, attentive, and highly professional. They helped us resolve many dialysis- and medication-related concerns with patience and clarity, making an overwhelming situation feel far more manageable. The nurses are incredibly approachable and highly skilled, always attentive to Sherwin’s condition and quick to respond to any concern. Special thanks to the nurses: Shanthi, Manju, and especially our kabayan Lee Ann whose warmth, competence, and reassurance made every session easier. We are equally thankful to the dialysis technicians led by Fahad, with Aslam, Tinse, Lavanya, Dhanya, who consistently demonstrated skill, care, and professionalism. Time and again, the team went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure Sherwin’s comfort, safety, and well-being. Our sincere thanks also go to the reception staff and to Dr. Varun’s assistant, who were consistently helpful, responsive, and accommodating—always ready to assist with scheduling, coordination, and the many small but important details that made our visits smoother and less stressful. We would also like to extend our appreciation to the Pharmacy team for their invaluable support. Thank you to Bea, and to the lovely lady in abaya, whose patience, responsiveness, and quiet kindness were deeply felt. Their guidance and assistance with medications were an essential part of our care experience. Above all, we are profoundly grateful to Dr. Varun for his expertise, calm guidance, and compassionate approach. His clear explanations, steady reassurance, and genuine concern gave us confidence and peace of mind during a very difficult period. Today marks Sherwin’s last dialysis session with the NMC team as we prepare to fly back to Manila, and we leave with deep gratitude and appreciation for the care, compassion, and dedication shown to us during a very challenging chapter. I had a really positive experience with Dr. Laura Elena Raducu. She is very kind, attentive and makes you feel comfortable. It’s easy to talk to her and you can feel that she truly listens and understands. Most importantly her treatment really works. I can see and feel the results. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who might feel unsure or even a bit afraid to see a psychiatrist. It’s absolutely worth it, and you’re in safe hands with her.
