Highly Recommended NICU Team I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Mary and the entire NICU nursing team for the exceptional care they provided to my baby girl. Our journey was successful because of your dedication, compassion, and commitment to delivering outstanding medical care for extremely premature babies. The NICU is consistently clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything a baby needs within the unit. Your professionalism and kindness brought comfort and reassurance during a very challenging time. May you continue to bring hope, healing, and joy to many more expecting parents like me. Worst experience I have ever had. I waited for 4.5 hours in the emergency department. Security staff were deciding whether cases were critical or non-critical without properly asking questions or assessing the situation. I then waited an additional 2 hours for an X-ray. The overall attitude was unapologetic. The coordinators displayed very immature and unprofessional behavior. The only positive aspect was that the doctors and reception nurse were professional and helpful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

From the bottom of my heart, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Claudia Gianella, my OBGYN, who was so much more than a doctor throughout my pregnancy and delivery journey. Her kindness, compassion, patience, and unwavering support made me feel safe and cared for every step of the way. She treated me like family, more like a sister than a doctor, and I will forever be grateful for the reassurance and confidence she gave me during one of the most important moments of my life. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to the wonderful maternity ward nurses who cared for me before and after delivery: Deena, Saron, Giya, Rishna, Albi, Sivasundari, Jisha, and Patience. Their professionalism, warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made my week-long stay so much more comfortable and memorable. Whether it was helping me through recovery, answering my endless questions, or simply offering words of encouragement, each of them played a special role in my journey into motherhood. A special thank you as well to nurse Pooja from the Emergency Department, who looked after me during my emergency visits to the hospital. Her calm demeanor, kindness, and dedication provided comfort during stressful moments, and I truly appreciated the exceptional care she gave me. I was also delighted by the thoughtful gift pack provided upon discharge. It was such a lovely gesture that made the transition home with my newborn even more special and reflected the hospital's commitment to caring for mothers and babies beyond their stay. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel so positive, supported, and full of compassion. The care I received exceeded all expectations, and I will always remember the kindness shown to me and my family. You have all made lasting impact on our lives, and we are forever grateful. ❤️

The Diaper changing area in 1st floor near Paediatrics department needs some attention. It is difficult to keep the baby and change the diaper there. Previously there was a bed where we can place the baby and change the diaper but the bed is now removed and it is a wooden box. Request the focus of the authorities to mend this.
