Feb 28 2026, i went there for a consultation the receptionist on counter A checked my id and said your insurance is expired. I checked it with the insurance team there was many months left to expire. I dont know on which portal he is checking. After all the waiting with token what he said is wrong information. I went to another clinic everything was fine.

Very Disappointed with the Service – Extremely Unprofessional Behavior I had a very unpleasant experience at the medical clinic center downstairs. The medical staff were extremely rude and unprofessional in the way they treated patients. I handed over my prescription at 6:00 PM, and they initially told me it would take 10 minutes to prepare the medication. After waiting patiently, I was suddenly informed that it would take longer. I politely said I would return later, and the staff assured me it would be ready when I came back. However, when I returned at 8:00 PM—3 hours later—and asked if my medication was ready, the staff member responded very rudely and told me to “just go and sit” in a disrespectful and dismissive tone. This is not how patients should be treated, especially at a medical facility where compassion and professionalism should be the top priority. People come here for help, not to be spoken to like a burden. If this is how they treat patients regularly, I truly hope others think twice before coming here. They seriously need training in customer service and basic manners.
