We had a very good experience with Dr. Archana Pillai for the tonsillitis operation. She was very caring, professional, and explained everything clearly before the surgery. The operation went smoothly, and the recovery was also very good. Her kindness and support gave us confidence throughout the treatment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an experienced and compassionate doctor. This 5-star rating is only for the doctor. The reception and billing process are very slow and can take up a lot of your time. If you plan to visit, be prepared for delays, especially at the billing counter.
