I highly recommend Neo Health for every mother who needs assistance with her newborn. Highly professional certified nurses which can’t be found easily in other places. I was surprised by the professionalism, experience, and quality of care I received by Nurse Rhodelia. My little one liked her from the first minute. She knows how to care for newborn in a very experienced and calm manner. She is also very punctual and a nice person. She took care of my little one in every necessary aspect i.e. feeding, changing, burping, and putting to sleep. Thank you very much Rhodelia and Neo Health Team.

Love the team at NeoHealth! Hannah was very supportive throughout my pregnancy and hosted many prenatal events that helped me prepare for the birth of our baby girl. Once we welcomed our daughter, we have booked the newborn home services with 3 different professionals (Prettylyn, Iren and Maria) and each of them were brilliant. They have such a kind and professional approach, and had advised me on different topics such as bath and massage techniques. I could not recommend them enough!
The company staff insisted to pay in advance to reserve a specific carer while that was not the case before when I dealt with them previously. I told them what if the carer felt sick and didn’t show up. They promised they will do refund and I asked them to write confirmation per email and they did. Two days later they informed me that the carer is sick and she will not come. I asked them for refund because I didn’t prefer replacement as they knew the carer already. They ignored my email and whatsapp messages and someone called said there is a process and will take time and she will send documents per email. She sent nothing and I haven’t received the refund!!!
