I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Before booking, I specifically sent photos of the exact nails I wanted. I clearly explained that I wanted the soft pink base from one photo combined with the design from another photo. I was told, “Of course, Madam, we have everything and we can do exactly that.” Unfortunately, when I arrived and the appointment started, I was informed that they did not actually have the pink base color I requested, nor did they have the tones and shades shown in the reference photos. Had I known this beforehand, I would have made a different decision instead of being told that everything was available. On top of that, the final result was very different from what I requested. The shape, colors, and overall finish did not match the inspiration photos I had provided in advance. What made the experience even more disappointing is that I had acrylic nails done only one week ago, and today one of the nails completely fell off on its own without any accident or impact. Acrylic nails should last much longer than a single week, which raises serious concerns about the quality of the application and workmanship. As a customer, I expect honesty, professionalism, and quality service. If certain colors, products, or designs are unavailable, customers should be informed before their appointment instead of being promised something that cannot be delivered. Sadly, this experience did not meet my expectations in any way. I paid for a professional service and left feeling disappointed with both the result and the durability of the nails. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
