Good services, Hair wash and hair cut was done nicely. Pedicure was done perfectly, my nails are very neat and polished.

I recently visited Nayla Salon using some coupons I had purchased and decided to give it a try. I opted for the detan and facial clean-up, and the staff member who attended to me—though I didn’t catch her name—was truly sweet and did a wonderful job. Next, I went for a simple gel manicure, and I must say, Aisha was absolutely amazing! She did a fantastic job with the manicure, and the hand massage she gave afterward was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend her. I was a bit unsure about which nail color to choose, but Nayla herself stepped in and recommended a shade that turned out to be perfect. Overall, the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The service was great, and the pricing is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend trying out Nayla Salon!
Unprofessional and disappointing experience. I had messaged the salon earlier to confirm their closing time, and they clearly told me they were open until 10 PM and that coming by 10 PM was okay. I reached at 9:50 PM, but they had already started closing. Even after I mentioned the WhatsApp messages and the prior confirmation, they refused to acknowledge it and continued closing the place. It was very frustrating and inconvenient, especially because I rushed after duty based on the timing they confirmed. This kind of attitude and lack of responsibility is unprofessional. Not reliable at all.
