I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place truly deserves one. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, as if clients were an inconvenience rather than a priority. The massage itself was rushed and lacked any real technique or care. There was no proper consultation beforehand, and the therapist did not seem to understand basic pressure control. Instead of feeling relaxed, I left feeling tense and uncomfortable. The hygiene standards were also questionable, which made the entire experience even worse. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. There are far better options available.
Last night I visited this place and it was very orderly and clean. All the female staff were beautiful and friendly. The massage therapists were skilled and provided excellent service. Last night I received a massage from a therapist named Lina, and she did a wonderful job. I felt good encountering a professional masseuse who provided great service, and the reception staff were very helpful to customers.
AVOID THIS SHOP IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!! All the personell working at the front desk dont know anything about Customer Service. They are Extremely unfriendly and not customer oriented at all! The shop smells badly and the rooms and equipment is unfortunately extremely dirty. If you ask the stuff something, they get angry and turn your stay into a Extreme bad Experience, especially if you want to prebook!!! The Massage ladies ask for extra money all the time, even though you have already paid at the front desk!There are plenty other good shops in UAE. AVOID THIS ONE, IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!
