This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The room was dirty and dusty, and there was hair everywhere under the bed. The hygiene standards were unacceptable. I left an honest review about my experience, but instead of addressing the issue, they called me and pressured me to delete it. I deleted the review because the staff member kept insisting and begging me to do so. I paid for 3 sessions and only used one. I am now requesting a refund for the remaining 2 sessions, but no one is responding to me. I am being completely ignored. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Is this how you treat your clients? If the clinic only cares about money and not customer satisfaction, it will not last long. Since there was no communication from the management or decision maker, I hope my review is taken into consideration and the situation is understood. My intention was simply to have the matter addressed properly. • If the management finds it necessary to keep the amount, I have no objection. • If retaining the payment is more beneficial for them, they may do so. ⸻

I visited Natural Healing Acupuncture & Hijama Medical Center on 23 May for a Tui Na massage treatment, and I had an amazing experience with Kate. She is truly an artist — it felt like she could work miracles with her fingers. Her technique, pressure control, and understanding of the body were exceptional. I walked in feeling stressed and tense, and left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and energized. The clinic itself is very clean, calm, and professionally managed, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are looking for authentic therapeutic massage treatment in Dubai. Special thanks to Kate for her outstanding care and professionalism.

Had an excellent experience at Natural Healing Medical Center. From the moment I arrived, I received a very warm welcome from the team. The centre itself is neat, professional, and has a very calming atmosphere. A special mention to my therapist, Chum Chum, who was outstanding. The sports massage was firm, intense, and exactly what I needed. She really focused on the problem areas, worked through the knots properly, and helped ease a lot of my pain and tension. You can tell she is experienced and knows exactly what she is doing. Also, thank you to Sneha and Deva at reception for being friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout the visit. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Natural Healing Medical Center to anyone looking for professional treatment and quality service.

I had a 90 minute manual Lympathic drainage massage it was quite simply, amazing. I suffer from poor digestion sometimes and every day allergies and CHUMCHUM my Massuesse was so professional and kind and her touch was perfect. She communicated with me except about my preferences and needs. I have already booked in again to see her!
