Today, I visited Naji Aldakhil Medical Center, and honestly, I am grateful to Dr. Waheed for all the treatments he provided and the high quality of this center. The respect shown by the doctors, the staff, and the nurses had a significant impact on me and my children, and I am deeply thankful to them. I also appreciate the management of Naji Al-Dakhil Medical Center for selecting such an excellent medical team.
I recently visited this clinic for a dental procedure and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. During the treatment, the staff were engaged in unrelated conversations about food and other topics, which felt unprofessional. As a result, the assistant was not attentive, and the liquid used during the procedure was not properly suctioned. It spilled onto my clothes, back, and chest, leaving a strong medicinal smell that remained until I returned home. Moreover, the filling they applied began to break the very next day, which raises concerns about the quality of the treatment. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return to this center, nor would I feel comfortable recommending it to others.
Worst experience of dealing with the owner Naji of and unprofessional clinic, not only greedy but extremely arrogant.. They’ll present their are doing a favor after getting into commercial arrangement, pls don’t go to this clinic.. Avoid avoid there are better professional set up..
