Went to Nails LAB for the first time for manicure and pedicure and I am very happy with the result. Fast, efficient but most importantly AMAZING nails on my hands and feet. Will definitely come back. Prices are also great. Thanks!
My first time I was quite impressed, I even sent a friend there. But now, I see they aren't consistent at all. Despite the good customer service, the quality of the work is mediocre. Like other comment mentioned: they allocated me someone who doesn't speak English and that created a language barrier. I had to keep asking for the receptionist to come help translate. Then my nails started chipping the next day!! They offer repair but they said I needed to come for another 1.6 hours to do it all over again. Who has that kind of time?? They did a quicker repair and 3 days later, all the nails are chipping. Waste of time and money. 3 stars only cause of ease of booking and place is clean.
Quality of the products used is great, my nails last long and everyone is so welcoming and kind. Always my first choice for manicure, pedicure and eyebrows. Thank you!
Hands down the best nail salon I tried in Dubai. Every now and then, I go to try other salons, but so far, I always come back to Nails LAB because the quality here is by far the best. 🏆 I always do manicure and pedicure with regular polish, and this place has good quality polish and equipment, which most other places don't have anymore. The staff is very nice, welcoming, and professional, too 🙏🤗🤗 It might be a bit more expensive than other places, but you pay for by far better quality. Highly recommend. P.s. on the photo - perfect regular polish manicure even three days after I got it.
Hey - Nails Lab - this is for you guys. You guys are doing some brilliant work . Being a born and bought kid in UAE - and after visiting zillion of saloons, you guys Nail it. I have been a fan or acyrilic nails - until - I was introduced to Nails Lab. From Milana - to placing my request , to Nagima doing my nails . I am very true to long pointed nails and everything is taken care off. Merei - is one other the other technicians , everyone should consider. I’m no influcerner , so this is a very genuine feedback. Please do visit them .
