Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Paid AED 570 for a mani-pedi at Nail’d It Dubai, and the quality and experience did not match the price, at all. The attention to detail was lacking, and the final result looked uneven and poorly finished. Cuticle work and polish application were not up to a professional standard. General overall service very weak. Actually a client even walked in and out while I was there. Wish I’d done the same. They even asked I pay for the bag to carry my shoes!! At this price point, I expect care, precision, and a noticeably better outcome. I won’t be returning.
