I visited Nail and Lash Ladies salon today for the first time. It all started from the call i made to inquire about there services. Gladys was super professional on the fone, she answered all my questions patiently and clearly. When i arrived at the salon, Ahn welcomed me so warmly with a bottle of water, in this dubai with this heat that was a very kind and thoughtful gesture. She attended to me and was very gentle with me especially when using the machine to remove the gel polish i had, cause most times other technicians dont care and are rough and hurt my nails. Ahn kept checking to see if i am in any kind of pain. She took time to explain to me what was best for my nails and even helped me pick the color. I am very attentive to this kind of service because it makes me become a loyal customer. So this is your sign to visit this salon and book Ahn for the best service. I am definitely going back there for my next maintenance day.
Best nail salon in Dubai!! Came across this as I wanted to have designs that didn’t cost an arm and leg. Kim came through and made such pretty nails for me. Customer service has been phenomenal and I’m definitely coming back and making this my go-to salon. They also do lashes as well as massages and facials - I have yet to try so review incoming~ Though, highly highly recommend this place for your nails! Huge variety of colours and they do the best designs! 💗
