Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a box of insulin needles from this pharmacy through the Deliveroo app. It’s said it would be delivered by 11am. It is now 11:30am and i have not received my order yet. When I called Deliveroo to ask about my order they said this pharmacy uses their own delivery service. So I phone the pharmacy and asked why my order had not shown up yet and the person in the phone was very rude and said “what do you want me to do?” I’ll never buy anything from this pharmacy again and I don’t recommend it for anyone else.
This is the third time in a few months that their advertised prices and offers do not reflect how much the items actually are! Update your system. Deodorant advertised at buy 2 get 1 free with one being 21.36aed. Get to the till and there's no offer and the price of one is actually 25.64aed. Sort it out please it's a mess and this keeps on happening.
