Very rude pharmacists. While I was purchasing a product, one of them made rude remarks to his colleague, not realising that I understand and speak Arabic. Completely unprofessional behavior.
Disappointing experience today. Usually I like this pharmacy because it has a good range. However, today while browsing I was interrupted twice by aggressive sales women working hard to upsell me. The technique starts with many compliments about how beautiful the customer is. Next the sales agent aggressively suggests particular products, usually ones that are very expensive. I have encountered these techniques before in other countries, but was not expecting people to behave this way in a premium location. It's very uncomfortable to say no to these people (even though I did), but in the future I will just go to a different pharmacy.

Nationality discrimination. The guy at the counter, seems scanning if you are a staff or a guest at the mall. He politely approach the lady standing in front of me and assist it very fast and offer a bag. When it's my turn. He turn to his previous guest and assist and when his assisting me, he even not talking and not able to offer a bag for my medicine. I'm the one who ask him for the bag and receipt. Poor service.
I visited the pharmacy two days ago and was impressed by how helpful and professional the team was. I woke up that morning with a cold and flu, and thanks to the pharmacist’s recommendation, I started feeling better within just a few hours. I truly appreciate the pharmacy for always placing the right technical team in the right place — it really shows in the excellent service they provide!
