I had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy. I placed an order through Deliveroo today (order #1431). The order included three items, one of which was a syrup to relieve cold symptoms for a child. More than one hour passed after the scheduled delivery time, but the order was not delivered. I contacted the pharmacy directly to ask them to check my order. From the very beginning, the manager claimed that the courier had tried to contact me several times, which was not true — I did not receive any calls and there were no missed calls on my phone. When I asked when I could expect my order and how much longer it would take, I was told that they first needed to contact the courier and that everything depended on that. No apology was offered, and no solution or alternative was suggested. The attitude and communication were completely unprofessional and showed a lack of competence in handling such situations. I kindly ask the management to pay attention to this issue and take it under control. In the end, I had to cancel the order through Deliveroo support, and this experience left a very negative impression of the pharmacy.

Yesterday, I wasn’t feeling well and urgently needed my medication, especially for hypertension. I sent my prescription for delivery, but unfortunately my insurance approval was taking an extremely long time and kept me stuck in the same loop for almost 6 hours. Given my condition, I was really worried and in need of my medicine as soon as possible. Despite the delay being beyond their control, the staff at Nahdi Pharmacy went above and beyond to help me. They didn’t just follow the standard process — they extended their full support and made sure that all my medicines were delivered to my home. What truly touched me was that they even arranged medicines that were not available in their branch by coordinating with other branches, just to ensure I received everything I needed. This level of care, dedication, and empathy was completely unexpected and deeply appreciated. It’s rare to experience such genuine concern for a customer’s health and well-being. A very helpful pharmacy that came through in a time of need. They had medication delivered to us and we were able to stabilize my dad. Omar was really helpful and provided expert advice and assisted us along the process.

I have diabetes. I purchased the DESCOM G7 product directly from them. The first one was defective, so they replaced it. However, the product I received afterward was also defective, but they refused to replace it or refund my money. They told me to wait and that they would provide an update the next day. As those who use this product know, it measures blood glucose every three minutes. They asked me to wait until tomorrow and told me to prick my finger

The pharmacist at the counter was just saying no instead of offering help or solution. She was with the glasses arrogant and just saying no to questions asked vs offering help. Never faced such behaviour before anywhere else
