We visit nadl Sheba heath center for my son vaccination rabbies one I would like to express my gratitude towards staff very soft spoken and Stefy for their exceptional service. They were very caring and professional towards the vaccination process of my kids. The Ladies at the reception were also very supportive during the registration process. Nad Al Sheba Health Center has been a consistently pleasant experience. The centre is usually not crowded, which makes visits quick and stress-free. It’s located in a nice, quiet area, and parking available most of the time. The reception staff are helpful and organised, making the check-in process smooth. Also worth mentioning—the app is excellent for managing appointments and other health-related services, which adds a lot of convenience. Overall, a well-managed facility that makes healthcare visits more efficient and comfortable.
Had an appointment at 7.10 pm for the vaccination of our baby. We reached at 7. We left at 8.02 pm after waiting for an hour, without the vaccination. The fact that they cannot stick to appointment timings even for babies is just poor management. They refused to refund the 120 AED they charged us for the registration. We have a very good health insurance that covers everything. We went to this DHA health centre only because we thought they could do it with less pain and hassle because they must be doing it a lot. A complete waste of time and money.
Visiting this health center it is something abnormal, starting from the welcome desk end to the clinic . It is a government medical centre but in different modern services. Location is amazing at medan heights mall, service very helpful Staff friendly Experience all over the center . Thanks for all .
