I had such a lovely experience with Lia, she is truly amazing at what she does. My manicure turned out beautiful, very clean and perfectly done with so much attention to detail. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time and you can really tell she cares about her work. I’m so happy with the result and will definitely come back again. Tea, in particular, has been amazing every single time — with her warm smile, lovely conversations, truly magical hands, and professional expertise, she consistently delivers outstanding results and leaves me extremely happy🤗

I have been getting my nails done for over +10 and if I could give this place less than a one star I would. The absolute worst nail experience I have ever had. To start at the beginning I am new to the area and went to this N.bar in person to make an appointment to get a price quote for my services. I showed them the state of my nails to be 100% transparent if I need a new set v.s an infill. The woman at the till broke down the cost and quoted me for an acrylic infill and just a gel change on my toes (picture of quote provided in review). Then when I attend my appointment the next day I am sat in the chair and not until after they drill down my nails they inform me they don’t have acrylic they only do poly gel. I brush it off and say it’s okay because what else am I supposed to do when they have already drilled my nails down. Then during my service I was then cut 3 different times with the drill and the hand file leaving me bleeding and the rest of the service very painful. Once I finally got out and mentioned how poor my service was they had me talk on the phone to the manager who was nicely trying to make things right and give a 10% discount ONLY on my manicure. Lastly when they told me the price the total came out to be MORE EXPENSIVE with a 10% discount on top?!? So not only was my experience poor but N.bar was up charging me with secret add ons to make the service more expensive without even knowing. After that I saw that there was no true intention to make amends with this upmost awful experience and I will never be going back to N.bar or suggest it to others. What a shame. Other customers please get a quote of the service before hand to make sure you are not paying more than the services actually cost.

I had a manicure and pedicure at Nbar Town Square on a Friday evening and unfortunately the nail polish started peeling off in less than 24 hours, literally like a sticker. To be fair, the salon did offer to redo the polish, and I appreciate that they tried to resolve the issue. However, the second application was not done to the same standard I would expect from a professional salon. What disappointed me most was the overall customer experience. After my pedicure, I was asked to leave almost immediately because the staff wanted to close and leave. I politely requested just five minutes for my nails to dry properly, but felt rushed out regardless. When I later discussed my concerns, the conversation with the area manager was surprisingly defensive and unprofessional. Instead of focusing on the quality issue and customer experience, she spent most of the call justifying why I had been rushed and explaining that I had been given an extra 15 minutes for my appointment, as though that was a special accommodation rather than the time required for a standard manicure and pedicure. Mistakes can happen, and I appreciate that they offered to redo the polish. However, the way the situation was handled and the lack of professionalism during the complaint process left me disappointed.

Amazing service, great environment. All the staff are well trained and professional, very kind. Loved the service from Joy, Syrah, Cherry, Arlin, Dell… ❤️
