I honestly wish I could give this salon zero stars. I have been doing bio gel nails for over 5 years and have never experienced an infection before. After visiting this salon, my nail became infected, which clearly raises serious hygiene and sanitation concerns. In addition to the infection, all my other nails started chipping within just 3 days, showing very poor quality work. The customer service was extremely disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility or showing concern for a client’s health, the response was unprofessional and careless. This is not only bad service — it is a health and safety issue. I will be filing an official complaint with the Dubai Municipality Health Department, as salons must follow strict hygiene standards to protect clients. I strongly advise others to be cautious.

Today was my second time doing the face sculpt massage with Shaira and it was unbelievably good 🤍 What I loved the most is how professional and passionate she is about her job. You can truly feel the care and effort she puts into the experience. The best part is that you can either book this service separately or enjoy it during your manicure or pedicure, which makes it even more relaxing and convenient. Totally recommend Shaira!! 🥰
I don’t have any issues with the service — the staff were very friendly and polite. However, I did a hard gel manicure, and since I wanted an ombré effect, they applied regular gel on top of the hard gel. Unfortunately, after just one day, it lost its shine and started becoming rigid. I would also like to mention that this was one of the most expensive nail services I’ve had in Dubai — and I’ve been living here for 13 years. I’m not happy with the quality of the materials used. They charged separately for the removal of hard gel, refill, and even for any design. Initially, I was told the total would be 730 AED pedicure and Msnicure, but after expressing my concerns, they gave me a small discount as WellFit member and I ended up paying 530 AED. Unfortunately, the result is not worth the amount paid. Considering the poor material quality and short-lasting finish, I’ll most likely have to redo my nails elsewhere. This means I basically wasted 530 AED for nothing.
