1st of all, it’s not good to let someone who is not a nail artist to do your nails, took her almost 1 hour messing up the French manicure then someone else had to step in but even the other one who stepped in was not an expert on doing French, also I noticed that my nail polish is not smooth when I touch it, there is some harsh parts. I’m not blaming the staff here as they were super nice, I’m blaming the one who books the appointment because you can’t assign someone who doesn’t know how to do nails or how to do French to train on clients, it’s a waste of us as a clients time and keep in mind we are paying money for the service which was not as per expectations and also regarding the parking validation, I couldn’t remember my car number so she told me that in 1 minute she will give me a call so I can tell her my car number and validate, however she didn’t care to give a call at all and I don’t have their direct number, I had to call their call center to give them the car number and then wait for the salon to call back and confirm validation. Honestly worst service ever.
