I had such an amazing experience ✨ I went in for a manicure and pedicure and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The salon is beautiful, very clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to Nin, Jacky, Nicca, and Natasha 🤍 They were all incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and so kind throughout the whole experience. You can really tell they care about every little detail and making sure everything is perfect. I have given this salon multiple chances because I genuinely wanted to like it and thought perhaps my previous experiences were just bad luck. Unfortunately, after several appointments, I can say that every visit has left me disappointed in one way or another. My most recent gel nail e.g. looked acceptable when I left the salon, but less than a week later I noticed a significant buildup of product around and underneath the cuticle area. It has now become thick, uneven, and almost spiky as it grows out, making the nails look poorly finished and unprofessional. This is not a minor issue, it is very noticeable and affects both the appearance and comfort of the nails.
Jonavie and Inah were the most amazing nail techs I have been treated by. They have the experience and the knowledge and they suggested the treatments exactly for my hands and feet. They are so professional and fast - I finished both of my treatments and manicure + pedicure in 90 minutes. The N. Bar at Grosvenor’s House is definitely my permanent choice from now on whenever I am in Dubai. Thank you for everything!!
I had an amazing experience with french hard biab nail extension. The technician Nin was highly skilled, paid great attention to detail, and ensured the shape and design were perfect. The quality of the products and hygiene standards were impressive. My nails look stunning. Highly recommended.
