Majo is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and professional. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed the design perfectly. The ombre blend is flawless, the nail art is stunning, and the overall finish is immaculate. My nails look elegant, strong, and beautifully shaped. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the atmosphere at Nbar Emirates Towers was welcoming and relaxing. I have received so many compliments on my nails already! I've been at N. Bar three times already for regular mani/pedi and nail polish change and I really liked the quality of the service. The technicians are very skilled and there is such a good variety of colors for regular polish ‐ which is pretty rare to find. The prices is very reasonable for this location as well. Will come back again🙌
I've been a loyal customer at N Bar for years, but my recent visit to the Emirates Tower location was incredibly disappointing. I went in for a Gelish manicure (Important to mention that the manicure I currently have was done at the same location) , only to discover that removal is free if I reapply Gelish, but would incur a charge if I chose classic nail polish (the current mani pedi I have were done in the same branch). This policy felt illogical, especially since I had received the same service before. The receptionist was unfriendly, and the technician could only perform manual removal, which significantly extends the service time. When I asked if someone else could help, the receptionist flatly said no, leading me to cancel my appointment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the lack of consideration and service quality left me truly frustrated.
