Super new to pilates and i am loving it thanks to my core! Everything about this place is great: its location, the amazing and super professional instructors as they make everyone feel comfortable no matter their level. Cleanliness: The studio itself is always spotless and beautifully maintained, which makes every class feel calm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Welcoming with a smile! The ladies at the reception are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend My Core to any pilates lover. I started with 1-1s first to get myself acquainted with pilates and had excellent feedback, guidance and training from the one and only Reema!

I’ve truly enjoyed my experience at The Core Pilates Studio. The environment is welcoming, professional, and motivating from the moment you walk in. A special thank you to Dina , honestly one of the best Pilates instructors I’ve trained with. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and always makes sure every session is both challenging and enjoyable. Her energy, encouragement, and attention to detail make a huge difference. Highly recommend The Core to anyone looking for quality Pilates classes with amazing instructors and a great atmosphere.

I was very disappointed with my experience dealing with the reception and management regarding the monthly Methods class package. The package is only valid for 30 days and starts from the date of payment, not from the date of the first class attended. The issue is that classes are often fully booked almost two weeks in advance, meaning clients may not even be able to attend immediately after purchasing the package. This effectively causes customers to lose paid days from their package, which I found very unfair. I explained this concern and politely requested that my package begin from the date of my first booked class instead of the payment date, since booking availability only existed for future dates. Unfortunately, the receptionist was quite dismissive and repeatedly said “this is as is” and that she could not help in any way. There was no effort to offer flexibility, understanding, or an alternative solution. I also asked whether they could book my classes in advance to avoid missing out, but again I was told nothing could be done. When I expressed that this policy disadvantages clients, the response remained cold and unhelpful. When I requested that someone else contact me who might be able to assist further, the owner, Reem, called me. Sadly, the conversation felt equally unwelcoming from the beginning. The tone of the call came across as confrontational rather than professional or customer-focused, which made the entire experience even more disappointing. Overall, the experience left me feeling that the focus was more on collecting payment than on customer care, fairness, or maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

I visited this place a few days ago and was thoroughly satisfied. As an exercise scientist, I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve the quality of their movement in an excellent environment with outstanding professionals. An especially important aspect is the constant presence of the owner Mrs. Rima who personally supervises, guides, and supports everyone who has chosen this space.

I had a very bad experience with them! They sent me an offer for a group class i called them on the phone to get more details and contact them via watsapp after to get payment link and then i subscribed they didn’t send me any forms or anything. After i went to my first class when i arrived to the counter the receptionist and the trainer they asked me if i have any injuries i told them very honestly about my injuries (they didn’t understand anything from what i said!) and they both shaked their head okay and let me joined.. I went to start the class to see the receptionist coming to me taking me out of the class sorry we cannot let you continue because of your injuries we do not allow people with injuries to join group classes!!! I was shocked! Why you didn’t ask me this before paying? Why you let me start the class? Why you didn’t ask me to wait until you check with the management better than dragging me out of the class? I am joining for a METHOD class it’s purpose to learn the correct posture for beginners and i have already did Pilates for 4 months before in other places but still i am not going for something intense if this is not good for my injuries than what you can offer for me?! They are claiming they are a very professional place and they are very far from professional!!
