I just want to share the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE that I’ve experienced at MUSALAH AL QUOZ PHARMACY (INSIDE THE AL KHAIL MALL). Ms. DEVIKA Pharmacy Assistant was so rude. She doesn’t know how to interact with SMALL COMPLAINTS. I think she needs to take TRAINING ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. I just want them to replace the glucose meter (only the device) coz it was damaged upon purchased. I (unable to insert the battery ) . I sent them the videos and photos on the same day i purchased it. But she kept on blaming me “THAT IS YOUR FALT BECUASE YOU KEEP ON PUSHING THE BATTERY” and telling “IAM 6years in this company i’ve never experienced any complaints “ I have my rights to ask for replacement coz i just purchased it yesterday. ( all retail company has 7 days replacement for any damage/issue) I was shocked and surprised on that kind of behavior. So i decided to have refund rather than wasting my time to argue with her. But she wants me to wait for too long . I know they have procedures and i can consider it . But the BAD BEHAVIOR towards your customer and talking on her language with other customer while smiling and laughing in front of me. Like she’s telling silly things about me and how i operate the device . This is a big deal! SO DISRESPECTFUL ! I hope she realize that she needs to treat each and every customer properly. I hope she learns how to deal with SMALL CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS like this. Hoping for better service on the other branches of this pharmacy.

Today I had bad experience from (7.30 )musalah pharmacy with lady pharmacist it was small exchange only . I was visiting the pharmacy many years because of other gentleman’s. Inside the mall many pharmacy available therefore I will not visit this pharmacy any more and not recommend to anyone.
Very good service, also delivery and always reachable on WhatsApp 👌 Most of the time they had all I needed. Stuff is really caring and very helpful. They suggests cheaper options as well. Good people, good service, good pharmacy.
