You'll feel it's a supermarket more than a pharmacy! All they care about is selling medicine no matter what is your condition. I asked my friend to buy me a Analgesic so they gave him one. Same day when I was able to go I asked them for a medicine that can helps me reduce my heat "analgesic" so they gave me something different! When I showed them what they gave my friend and asked them what's the difference and why they advised me with different one they started to find excuses!! This is not my first time thats why I'm leavingthis review, they only reson I go to this pharmacy because it's just downstairs the building but I won't do that ever again.
I came yesterday night I told syringe salesman very rood I have everything from doctor I have list he didn't ask nothing he said only no we don't have syringe if pharmacy no syringe it's not good please change your salesman he is very rood with customer he is eating and drinking in front of the customer how come very bad
Muhammad Salman was very helpful. He assisted me proactively by calling the insurance company to sort the problem in my prescription which ended in getting my medicines on the spot. Thanks a lot Muhammad. The pharmacy is far from home however I’ll be coming here whenever I need to get any medications.
For the first time in Dubai, the medicine is all new, got confused in the names, but on the way entered this pharmacy, and many thanks to the staff for the expert advice, patient and caring attitude to customers as at home. Special respect Salman Mohammed, excellent pharmacist and seller!
