I had a good experience at Saba Salon. The staff was polite, welcoming, and professional. The salon was clean and the service was done with care and attention to detail. I especially appreciated how friendly and patient the team was throughout the appointment. Overall, a relaxing experience with satisfying results. Here comes my good review for the exceptional experience I had at Miss Saba Ladies Salon! I got multiple services done, and here’s my honest feedback. The salon is located inside a mall in Al Quoz. The area may feel a bit interior at first, and honestly, I initially judged it by its location. But as the saying goes — don’t judge a book by its cover! I was introduced to this salon by a friend, and this was my second visit. Even though I had some doubts about trying a few new services, the results turned out great. The salon is run by just three ladies, and their energy, teamwork, and attention to detail are truly commendable. I did a facial, eyelash extensions, acrylic nails, pedicure, manicure, and a protein treatment for my hair. They took their time but ensured every service was done neatly and carefully. The products they use are of good quality too. Although they didn’t have the exact nail color I wanted, they still managed to find a nice alternative. The only area I would suggest improving is hygiene — the place could be a bit cleaner. Overall, I was happy with the service and the warm attitude of the staff. ⭐️ Rating: 4/5 – Excellent service and friendly staff, just need better hygiene standards.

I saw this place accidentally when I went for dinner in the plaza I was in hassle so just to save my time I went inside the parlour and asked the lady for the service, later on I asked her will it take time she said no and convinced me to sit on the chair once I sit 10min had been passed but no one come to assist me, when I asked again who will assist me the same lady came and start giving excuses that “oh I forget to do” even she was not busy with someone else, she was just sitting and using her phone when I start questioning about why she is wasting my time specially when I asked in the start about time limit so Instead of apologies the lady started shouting and start blaming by saying why I didn’t remind her which doesn’t make sense 😂 when I explained her about her unprofessional behaviour she became crazy and start telling “I will not do your service” which is again unprofessional instead of being grateful for getting work, the lady is throwing attitude as this is the only parlour left in the dubai or this is the kind of celebrity parlour😂 I choose to leave the place without any assistance even when I shared the incident with one of the another shop owner they told me that is happening with other customers also and they are complaining about the parlour service, also being a pakistani muslim lady she was listening the songs in the high volume while adhaan was happening outside which is also disrespectful for UAE culture. I am happy that god saved me from the pathetic service pta nhi threading ya kuch aur related to services karna bhi aata hoga yaa woh bhii galat krke yhi bolte honge ki karna bhool gye😂 In the last I would recommend to others also think again before going to this parlour because you never know what they are providing you in low cost package.

It is located in al ameed plaza along suroor restaurant. Visited them for kids hair cut. Little girl got a minor cut with scissor. They need to be careful May be they are good for adults but for kids be cateful

I had a very good experience at this salon. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommended
