I had an incredible Reiki session today! I could really feel the energy flowing through my body,it was amazing. After the session, I felt much calmer and more balanced. Lucia explained which chakra I needed to work on a bit more and helped me understand everything with so much care. I truly recommend her, she’s such a kind and loving person, and her attention is wonderful. 💫
I just had an incredible breathwork meditation here and thanks to Lucia who facilitated it. She guided us through deep breathing which gave me this calm and relaxing feeling. I came to the center feeling heavy but went home feeling lighter and transformed!
My favourite night of the week is a Tuesday when I go to the guided meditation sessions with Jane at Miracles. The room setup is a cosy, tranquil, safe haven from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. The positive energy from the rest of the participants and Jane is contagious. Week on week my meditation practice has gotten deeper and I feel more connected. This is now a must do on my weekly calendar and I wouldn’t miss it for the world.
I’ve been taking grounding sessions from Lala and it has been an amazing journey so far. Lala is just amazing and guides you so well. I look forward to continuing my sessions with her.
