I am absolutely stunned by the experience at Metabolic Clinic in Jumeirah. From the moment I entered until the moment I left, the entire experience was exceptional. The clinic itself is incredibly modern, beautifully designed, and equipped with advanced technology, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in great hands. The reception team was welcoming, professional, and always smiling, creating such a warm and comfortable atmosphere from the very beginning. I came for a thyroid package, which included complete blood tests, ultrasound, EKG, and a consultation. The nursing staff was amazing - they guided me through every step smoothly and efficiently, making the entire process feel stress-free and well organized. I was also very impressed by how fast everything was - I received most of my blood test results in I think less than 30 minutes! Another lovely touch was the complimentary coffee and smoothie corner while waiting for results. Such a thoughtful addition that really elevated the whole patient experience. There is also a pharmacy conveniently located inside the clinic, and my medications were prepared almost immediately after my consultation, which made the entire visit even more seamless and efficient. And finally, Dr. Haika Shoo was truly wonderful. She was warm, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain all of my results, recommend the right approach, and genuinely listen with care. I’ve been looking for a new clinic and doctors for my regular check-ups, and I can confidently say I’ve found the right place. I will definitely be coming back and can wholeheartedly recommend Metabolic Clinic. Truly perfect in every aspect!

I recently went through a life-changing experience after suffering a minor stroke, and it completely changed the way I look at my health and diabetes management. After living with diabetes for more than 33 years, I honestly thought I knew everything there was to know about managing my condition. However, my experience with Dr. Marvin and the team at Metabolic Clinic proved otherwise. Dr. Marvin takes the time to explain things thoroughly, challenge old habits, and guide patients in a way that is both practical and empowering. Rather than just prescribing medication, the clinic focuses on helping patients truly understand their bodies, their sugar patterns, and how to take control of their health long term. What stood out to me most was the patient experience. Every interaction has made me feel supported, motivated, and accountable during a very difficult period in my life. Following my stroke, I made the decision to become far more disciplined with my diabetes, and the guidance from Metabolic Clinic has genuinely helped me regain confidence and control over my sugar levels. Even after 33 years of being diabetic, this is the only clinic where I continue to learn something new every visit. That alone says a lot. I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Marvin and the entire Metabolic Clinic team for the exceptional care and support they provide. They are making a real difference in people’s lives.

I would especially like to thank Dr. Mavin for the excellent care I received. He took my symptoms very seriously from the beginning and made me feel truly heard. Not only was he very empathetic, but his medical treatment was also highly professional and effective, which led to a significant improvement of my symptoms. I was equally surprised and pleased with the focus on health as well as customer service/client care! Knickole was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Fatima was very patient with all of my questions during my recent health checkup. In general staff are consistently ensuring I was informed and taken care of while multiple health care physicians are as hospitable.

Managing diabetes can sometimes feel overwhelming, but their encouragement, reassurance, and proactive support made a significant difference.
