Dr. Raoof is the doctor who gave me a new life. ♥️ He does much more than simply perform treatments. From the moment you walk into his clinic, he makes you feel comfortable, understood and genuinely heard. He takes the time to listen, supports you psychologically throughout the process and treats every patient with exceptional care and compassion. With each session, you can clearly see the improvements, and very quickly you realize that he truly delivers on his promises. The results speak for themselves. The entire team is wonderful as well the reception staff, nurses and everyone at the clinic are professional, kind, and supportive. In a city like Dubai, finding the right doctor is not easy. Finding someone you can completely trust with your health and appearance is priceless and incredibly rare. For anyone considering this clinic, my advice is simple: don't spend hours researching Instagram or Google reviews. Just book one consultation with Dr. Raoof. After that you'll know you're in the safest and most capable hands possible. My biggest thanks go to Dr. Raoof, who does his work with such passion, dedication and excellence. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic and would not return. To begin with, no address or parking information was provided before my appointment, so I had to search for the location myself. When I contacted the clinic to ask about parking, I still wasn’t given clear guidance. Upon arrival, I also had difficulty accessing the building because the security guard was not available to open the barrier. The biggest issue, however, was the service itself. My laser technician, Ushmita, appeared to be rushing throughout the appointment because another client was scheduled immediately after me. During the treatment, she was repeatedly being called because the next client was already waiting. I had booked and paid for a full-body laser session, yet I was told that my face could not be completed because there was not enough time. I was then told that this was my fault because I arrived late. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was the technician’s attitude during the treatment. Anyone who has had laser hair removal knows that certain areas can be painful and that natural reflexes may cause a person to move. Throughout the session, I was repeatedly told to “cooperate” as though I was intentionally making the treatment difficult. Rather than showing patience or understanding, the technician seemed irritated and impatient whenever I reacted to the discomfort. Overall, the appointment felt rushed, incomplete, and unprofessional. If a clinic cannot properly schedule appointments with enough time between clients, customers should not be made to feel responsible for that. There are many laser clinics in Dubai, and based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere to save yourself the frustration.

I had my veneers done with Dr. Mustafa at Meta Polyclinic in Business Bay, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the moment you walk in, you’re warmly welcomed by named Angy at reception she’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and makes you feel comfortable right away. The clinic has a relaxing and elegant ambiance, and you immediately feel that you’re in expert hands. Dr. Mustafa is truly exceptional he listens carefully, understands exactly what you want, and explains everything clearly. His precision, patience, and attention to detail are on another level. What stood out the most is how he ensures every concern is addressed and every request is met . You never feel rushed only genuinely cared for. He is clearly passionate about delivering the best results for his patients. My veneers turned out absolutely amazing so natural and beyond what I imagined. It really boosted my confidence! I also appreciate the reassurance that you can always come back if you have any concerns. That kind of care and commitment is rare, although so far everything has been perfect. Highly recommended! Management lucky to have him Dr. Mustafa is doing an outstanding job. Kudos to him for a job well done he is truly an asset to this branch!
