⭐ 1/5 Stars Title: Very poor service and lack of proper communication 😠❌ Honestly review: I am extremely disappointed with my experience today and throughout my 3 sessions here. I traveled all the way from Sharjah, spending time and money on transportation, just for my PRP appointment — only to be turned down when I arrived. I messaged in advance informing them I would arrive a bit late, around 7:30 PM, and their reply was simply "Okay". 📩✅ They never told me the doctor leaves exactly at 9 PM, nor did they mention I could not be attended to if I arrived past 8 PM. They never advised me to cancel or reschedule, nor did they say there were other patients waiting before me. I came trusting their confirmation, only to be refused upon arrival. Honestly, the service here is very unwelcoming. The receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. 🤷‍♀️❄️ This has been the case for all three sessions I attended — you never feel valued or welcomed as a patient. I really trusted this clinic and paid the full amount for the package properly, but the way I am treated is just unacceptable — you feel like you are no longer well-attended to even though you paid rightfully. 💸😞 I really hope they improve and fix their services seriously, because this kind of experience is very frustrating. It is unfair to waste the time, money, and effort of patients coming from far places just because of their lack of clear information and poor customer handling. ❌💔

As a first-timer trying hair laser removal, Ms. Sonia from Metaclinic Al Rigga made the whole experience fun, comfortable, and stress-free. She is truly an expert at what she does. She’s very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining each step of the procedure, which really helped ease my nerves. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
