Sessions are good, but making an appointment is very difficult. After my first session, they scheduled the next appointment for me without even asking if the time was convenient. For my third session, I tried to book an appointment myself, but the responses I received were not very professional. I’m not sure if that’s their usual way of communicating or if they simply don’t seem happy to assist patients. Recently, I messaged again to book an appointment and was asked which session it was, which was surprising since they should have access to the conversation history of their patients. Still, I answered and followed up the next day just to confirm if I could book an appointment, but the reply I received was again not in a proper or polite manner. I think it would be helpful if the staff handling appointments were trained to communicate with patients in a more professional and friendly way. They are the first point of contact for your customers, and the impression they give reflects on the overall service of the clinic. If the first interaction is already like this, it naturally makes patients question what kind of customer service they can expect from the clinic.
Worst ever place you can visit! I took 2 packages of hair PRP and every time I have appointment, you have to wait minimum 30 minutes!!! They always will give you poor excuses with a smile that some patients are delay, some patients want to talk more with doctor or they book 3 people on same time knowing it’s only 1 doctor! Reception staff are totally unprofessional and useless. Please don’t go for cheap prices … you will loose your nerves here. Also WA number is poorly answering and don’t send any confirmation.
