I made an order that was supposed to arrive an hour ago. At 7 a.m it was marked “ delivered” but nothing was at the door. I ordered via noon app so I checked to see if any proof of delivery was uploaded on the app but nothing was there. Security in my building needed the proof of delivery, the photo that couriers usually take to show the parcel was left at the door, I needed the tine stamp so they can look on the camera. I am late for work because I need to sort this out,and I’m also left without my medicine that I paid for.

Impossible staff and unacceptable behavior from this pharmacy. I ordered via Instashop, and the estimated delivery time was 30 minutes. After over an hour, the order still hadn’t arrived. I called multiple times through Instashop, but no one answered! When I dialed the number directly, someone suddenly picked up – what a coincidence. Then he lied, claiming there was no delay and that I hadn’t called at all. After realizing his mistake, he continued to lie when I asked why he didn’t inform me about the delay. He then said he wasn’t allowed to call me and couldn’t do it through the system either. This is completely unprofessional behavior for a pharmacy, especially when I have sick people at home waiting!
Wants business but when you call them they don't answer and don't call you back. I must have called him 5 times tonight but 1 hour later and he still didn't bother to call me back. Hopeless really !!!
