One of the best experiences I have ever had. I visited the clinic with the goal of improving my smile, as I had misaligned teeth and was also dealing with gum inflammation. During the free consultation, Dr. Ziad conducted a thorough assessment of my case and clearly explained all the existing issues and the most suitable treatment options in a very professional and reassuring way. What stood out the most was the high level of care and attention to detail, prioritizing gum health before starting any cosmetic work. The gum inflammation was treated first, followed by the smile design process. Dr. Ziad made sure to involve me in every step, explaining each stage of the treatment in detail, which gave me great confidence throughout the journey. The final result was beyond my expectations — a natural, beautiful, and well-balanced smile that truly reflects the quality and professionalism of the team. The precision and dedication were evident in every step of the process. I would also like to sincerely thank the entire team, especially Marwan, Elham, Hazem, and Simra, for their outstanding hospitality, continuous follow-up, and attentive care. I had a really good experience at the clinic. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, which honestly makes a big difference. The doctors took their time explaining everything clearly and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The place was clean, well-organized, and the waiting time was reasonable.

I am sharing my experiences in this dental clinic to impart the honest perspective I had with them. My most challenging experience from the initial visit to the final one. Upon the initial visit, no treatment was undertaken, and request payment and I was asked to return for another appointment. My second appointment was canceled without prior notice, despite informing them that I was traveling a long distance to reach the clinic (al ain to dubai) My third visit was rescheduled, and upon arrival I had to wait more than two hours for my appointment, solely for the purpose of obtaining my teeth impressions and reconstructing my canine/cuspid tooth. I also experienced multiple changes in scheduling for subsequent visits, resulting in additional waiting time and mental trauma. In my experience, the clinic’s scheduling was inconsistent and did not adequately consider patients’ time and effort. The final outcome of the treatment did not meet my expectations, unfit denture was given instead of bridge crowns and I was not satisfied with the result. It is my hope that the clinic will enhance its scheduling, communication, and patient care protocols for the benefit of future patients.

I wanted to say big thanks to Medved clinic, I came two times there, first for tooth filling and second - for veneers. It was done well, thank you to Dr Kinda, she is very professional and patient 🌷. I’ll come again for some corrections of veneers as today is my first day with my new smile 😃I feel more confident than before. Another big thanks to amazing reception and administrative team, they helped a lot with organising and paperwork, all was smooth and easy, staff is very friendly.
