Score Breakdown
5 reviews analyzedMixed evidence: positive firsthand reports of nursing care, clean rooms and some successful procedures lift clinical and facility impressions, but repeated complaints about appointment handling, long waits, refund and insurance problems and lack of public credentials pull scores down. Limited website/credential evidence leads to conservative scoring.

I had surgery at Medstar hospital and would like to say few appreciation words to nurses and hospital staff! Unfortunately I can’t remember names, but thank you so much for taking care of me, being so thoughtful and attentive! Hospital had nice staff, rooms and after surgery nurse provided me snack and made sure I’m okay before I leave hospital.
I would not recommend this place at all not for myself, or any living being. My experience was extremely disappointing. , the consultation felt rushed, as if the only goal was to finish as quickly as possible rather than properly assess and help the patient. I did not feel listened to, and the assessment skills demonstrated were far below what I would expect from a medical professional. I sincerely hope Mr. Alnoor R. Dhrolia, Chairman of Medstar Healthcare, sees this review and takes the necessary steps to improve the quality of care, professionalism, and patient experience at this facility.
I had my hydra facial there. The facial was ok and the therapist was also good but she is not working there any more. The appointment system is really poor. They double book pts. And EVERY time i go there i have to wait 1-2hrs. I bought a package for the facial which was a very reasonably priced but then their therapist left. Now no therapist to do the facial and i have been visiting multiple times to chase my remaining ammount for a refund but they kept making excuses and not returning the money. Very disorganised management
I went to their facility at 8:50AM to have a consultation with their GP. No appointment as NO ONE was answering their landline and their webaite is not working. The guy form the desk said GP was available so I waited and told him to check if my insurance is covered in their facility. He called me 20mins after only to tell me GP is available from 1130 onwards and asked me to come back by then so they can check my insurance as well. I cam back at 1:30 after picking up my daughter from school. Filled the form-waited to be called- until they said to wait for some time because their insurance personnel is gonna come back in a few minutes. An hour and 20minutes passed and still they can not give me a GP comsultation. The lady named SARAH said not to worry as my insurance covers their facility bla bla. After 1 HOUR AND 30MINUTES of sitting idle SARAH asked the other lady to give my emirates ID because they can not get a hold of their absent insurance man. How can you treat people if service is like this? I was not shouting nor nagging but all they give was weird look towards me. Only an "Im so sorry" is what I heard from the lady who returned my EID. Not even a confirmation of calling me back after they check if I can go pasa their amazing reception and insurance procedures. APPLAUSE TO THE PEOPLE IN THE FRONTDESK FOR GIVING YOUR BEST SERVICE TO PEOPLE SEEKING HELP FOR THEIR HEALTH PROBLEM!
