I called the Lab center with a question, but before I finished speaking, the staff hung up on me. Customers should receive proper assistance. Thank you.
Worst center, deciding on behalf of insurance companies what is covered and what is not covered without checking with insurance and without reading the protocols doctors request... They keep changing statement everytime.. Sometimes they say bring previous report then your test will be covered and when I bring my previous report they change their statement and say NO its not covered.. Go to DHA this is what they say
Just had the worst inquiry call today with this Clinic. The lady 'Quennie' who picked up the called was rude. Apparently, according to her, I called the wrong number which is what is listed on their page.
The lab location is incorrect. Waisted our time to drive there. Probably moved to a different location or its permanently closed.
