The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The reception team was brilliant — friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, even walking me through the medical forms so I’d feel completely comfortable before starting my treatments. My laser specialist, Santa, was absolutely amazing, making sure I felt at ease during each session while explaining every step. Ashti, who did my HydraFacial, was equally fantastic — gentle, professional, and thorough. My skin felt incredibly fresh and glowing afterward! And I can’t forget to mention Dr. Nadjia Guergour — she’s truly one of the best! She takes the time to explain the process, ensuring you feel confident, cared for, and like the best version of yourself.
