We had an excellent experience at this clinic. The reception team was absolutely wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Even after living in Dubai for many years, we were genuinely impressed by the level of service and care we received. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and supported. We were also very fortunate to be treated by Dr. Alexander Knigavko. Our son had an injury, and Dr. Knigavko was exceptionally attentive and compassionate throughout the examination. He carefully explained everything, showed us the ultrasound results, and made sure we understood the diagnosis and treatment plan. His professionalism, patience, and caring approach gave us great confidence and peace of mind. We are very grateful to the entire team and highly recommend this clinic.

They look at every aspect carefully, gives precise, well-thought-out recommendations, and avoids unnecessary tests or medication. What I especially appreciate is that they check in from time to time to see how things are going and adjusts the plan if needed. Beyond her professionalism, they are all simply a very kind, caring, and easy-to-talk-to persons who genuinely wants to help. In the clinic rooms are clean, bright, and comfortable - the whole place feels nothing like a cold, clinical hospital. The staff are professional, organised, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I’m deeply grateful for such a thoughtful and preventive approach to healthcare.

She is highly professional, attentive, and takes the time to truly understand her patients’ concerns before recommending what she believes to be the most suitable treatment. Her approach is thoughtful, patient, and respectful, and she ensures that each patient is given ample time without feeling rushed. The clinic itself is very welcoming and well-maintained, with a clean and comfortable environment. The staff are friendly and professional; while many are Russian speakers, everyone communicates effectively in English, making the experience smooth and reassuring. A lovely added touch is the green tea they serve, which enhances the overall calm and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it has been a very positive experience. I would highly recommend booking a consultation as well as undergoing treatment at this clinic.
