Toxic customer service in this pharmacy, I do not recommend you to even enter this place, stay away specially if you are a woman. It is a shame that Saheel is allowed to work in customer facing role in Dubai. He literally started shouting at my partner for asking questions about card payments, it is unacceptable the way he treated a woman. I have now to spend extra time to report him to the police. If you don't like to be treated unfairly, do not use this pharmacy.
