Extremely Unprofessional and Incompetent Service This is by far one of the worst pharmacy delivery experiences I have ever had. First, the pharmacy did not deliver the item I originally ordered. Then I was assured it would be delivered within 40 minutes using their own driver, not a robot delivery. I agreed based on that promise. They failed to deliver on the same day. After I followed up, they still failed to deliver on the second day. When the item was finally delivered, the situation became even worse. A few hours later, they repeatedly called and disturbed me while I was in an important high-level meeting, insisting that I return the item because they “delivered yesterday” — which is completely false. This shows a shocking lack of professionalism, organization, communication, and basic understanding of customer service. They do not track their orders properly, they do not respect customers’ time, and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. A pharmacy is a place that should operate with precision, responsibility, and trust. Unfortunately, this pharmacy operates with none of those. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who values professionalism, reliability, or respectful service.

A small pharmacy located I Warqa .. staffs are attentive .. it will be always less crowded and they do have home delivery also
Good service and great customer service, staff there always very helpful and i always find what i need with them, even if i didn't they keep in mind to provide it . they do delivery also for close areas. Great location near to my building 👍🏼👍🏼👏🏼
