Very disappointed with my experience here. I came in for a facial under a promotional offer, but the service was completely subpar. What’s worse is their absolute lack of professionalism and aftercare. I explicitly expressed my dissatisfaction with the treatment before leaving, and they promised an after-treatment follow-up call. I am still waiting, and they have completely ignored me. They use promotional offers to lure people in but provide zero customer support when the service fails. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its clients.
