I had an amazing experience at Mediverse Polyclinic. Huge thanks to Dr. Fatma for taking such good care of me throughout the whole process of my zirconia crowning makeover . She was very patient, kind, gentle, and always made sure I was comfortable and okay during every step of the treatment. Her professionalism and excellent work truly made me feel confident and happy with my new smile. Special thanks as well to her assistant Athena for being so accommodating, caring, and supportive. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable because of both of them. Highly recommended clinic and team! ❤️
Initially, I genuinely enjoyed coming to this clinic and had good experiences with the previous doctors and staff. Unfortunately, after the recent changes in personnel, my experience has not been the same. I had an appointment scheduled at 3:00 PM and arrived around 3:05 PM for Botox and meso Botox. The Botox procedure was started, and I was then asked to step outside for about five minutes before continuing with the meso treatment. However, I ended up waiting approximately 30–45 minutes. During that time, another client was being attended ahead of me, even though I had been waiting and in my appointment time. The client appeared to have a closer rapport with the staff and spoke the same language as them, which made the situation feel uncomfortable and unfair from my perspective. I cannot say what the reason was, but the experience left me feeling overlooked and not prioritized. Feeling disappointed and frustrated, I decided to leave. I paid for the Botox that was administered, although I left unsure whether the full treatment plan had been completed as originally discussed. Compared to my previous visits, I found the earlier team more accommodating and respectful of clients’ time. Considering that the prices here are not inexpensive, I expected a more organized and professional experience. At this point, I don’t feel confident returning.
I had my treatment with Dr. Mona Haifo, including one session of CO2 laser for skin rejuvenation, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Dr. Mona was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I would like to thank Mediverse Clinic and their wonderful team for their excellent care, professionalism, and friendly service. Highly recommended!
I did my co2 laser here with Dr Mona, she's excellent and knows exactly what she is doing. I am happy with my results and is exactly what I expected. The overall clinic is clean and receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I recommend laser treatments with Dr Mona❤️
