When I first visited Mediclinic at Deira Port Saeed, I was expecting a high-quality and valuable experience and they truly exceeded my expectations. From the customer service team, pharmacist, receptionist, and nurses, everyone was attentive, focused, and made me feel genuinely cared for. I met Dr. Dora when I was experiencing severe stomach cramps. She was very calm and professionally explained what was happening in a woman’s body, which gave me reassurance and comfort during a stressful time. For the next step of my treatment, I met Dr. Alphy at Welcare. She performed my surgery, successfully removed the cyst, and saved both of my fallopian tubes. I am deeply grateful for her expertise and care. On the day of the operation, the entire team was fully focused on me. They even had a small, comforting conversation with me before the procedure, which meant so much. The nurses were incredibly professional and compassionate, and the operating team was truly exceptional. I was admitted to Mediclinic Welcare Hospital on 21 April 2026 for a Cataract Surgery on my left eye. Overall, I had a pleasant experience throughout the duration of my stay, and every staff member I encountered was accommodating and attentive to my needs and inquiries. My Ophthalmologist Dr. Mohini Thakur and Nurse Geetha Nair were both excellent in their job and services. The complications in my eye were addressed seamlessly and I was able to make a full recovery in just 3 weeks. The outstanding care of the skilled staff helped me regain my health and avoid problems in the future. Their hard work is very much appreciated. Thank you.

I recently underwent laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication surgery with Professor Amir Nisar at Mediclinic Welcare and had an excellent experience throughout. Professor Nisar was professional, reassuring, and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all my questions. I delivered my baby boy with Dr. Gemini, and I can honestly say I would not trust anyone else with such an important journey. We have been seeing Dr Jessy Mouhayer at Welcare from the day our baby was born. She is very knowledgeable, very gentle and very patient with both the baby and new parents. Our child needed special attention due to a medical condition and she has always made sure to be up to date with the right treatment for our child. During physical examinations, she plays with the child to make them more comfortable before she begins her checks. Thanks to Dr Jessy's continuous and timely advice, we feel at ease even when our baby is ill. I also highly recommend Dr Meenakshisundaram Mahalakshmi (Dr Maha), my OBGYN, who looked after me beautifully through my pregnancy. She was caring, kind, very very gentle, supportive and even made the delivery process seem more bearable and memorable. We have had a great experience at Mediclinic Welcare, from conception to birth and now with the care of a growing child.
