I would also like to appreciate the receptionist who was working on 02-April-2026. Even though I don’t know her name, she was very polite, helpful, and welcoming. She handled everything efficiently and made the overall experience even better.
Shocking incident happened and I tried to complain and address it. My case keeps just being closed and not addressed.
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with the call center at Mediclinic Hospital in Dubai. Despite multiple calls and chats over a long period, they never managed to resolve even the simplest issues with my app—an app that seems to never function correctly in the first place. There’s always another excuse, another wait, and no meaningful help. Save yourself the headache and avoid their call center support if you can.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Mediclinic Middle East is the absolute worst to deal with. Apart from the fact that you can NEVER reach their Parkview Pharmacy on phone, getting your test results is near impossible. Almost 5 days ago I had bloodwork done. My doctor emailed me to tell me things look good, however I cannot access my own results on their Patient Portal. I queried it, and I was asked to “supply my EID photo” to better assist me. Like, what do you want my photo for?? Just give me my damn results!! I am not asking for much. If it was not that I really like and respect my Dr, Dr. de Klerk, I would never set foot in a Mediclinic again. Really poor!!!
