Terrible experience where I keep having to follow up on having my prescription getting sent to me after receiving lab results! It’s been four days and still I am waiting. Couldve almost been finished with my course of antibiotics already. How is this OK? I have already contacted the doctor who told me to contact the clinic which i did and still nothing response. They are making it my problem to solve when it’s their laziness and negligence to just do their job properly and email the prescription the same day!!! How is this acceptable that someone needs medication and they just forward request on and you wait so many days???
Doctor took biopsy of my child skin month ago, I still don’t have any update: trying to send email to their laboratory - no one responds. I just need a result and go away from this clinic , repeating the test in other clinic is not an option as it is painful. If the result is not yet ready why not to update the patient?
I’ve been visiting Mediclinic Meadows for nearly 2 decades for their exceptional service through very competent doctors, nurses and front desk staff. I’m writing this review to specially thank Dr Lavina Verma in radiology. She is highly experienced, very objective and articulate in explaining test results, answering questions professionally and patiently, and providing balanced advice in a caring and empathetic way. I was instantly able to build a trusting relationship with her and would keep going back to her in future!
After many years receiving care at Mediclinic Meadows, I would like to particularly highlight the professionalism and excellent performance of Halima Alsaeedi from the reception team. Her approach is consistently courteous, efficient, and well-organized, managing each enquiry with clarity and a strong service-oriented attitude. Her work contributes significantly to the quality and excellence standards of the clinic.
I can’t thank Dr. Christelle Swanepoel enough for the amazing care I received during my C-section. From the very first appointment to the moment I held my baby, Dr. Christelle was calm, supportive, and so reassuring. I was nervous about the surgery, but their confidence and kindness made me feel completely safe. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery has been better than I expected. I’ll always be grateful for how compassionately Dr. Swanepoel cared for both me and my baby during such a special and emotional time. Truly an incredible doctor! 💖
