Beyond her superb professional advice and clinical expertise, it is her inherent Filipino trait of being deeply "maalaga"—exceptionally nurturing, attentive, and caring—that truly endears her to our family. My experience with my toddler at Mediclinic Ibn batuta clinic is always good. Dr. Azam and Dr. Bhatnagar are extremely kind, patient, and reassuring even with a toddler who is less cooperative. They explain things well and provide effective solutions. Today the Nurses Varsha and Dekki were wonderful—calm, supportive, and very caring throughout. Really grateful to the entire team for their professionalism and compassion as it helps parents like us !

I had 4 tubes of blood extracted and I’m usually very apprehensive with the needle. Nurse María from the Ibn Battuta lab was amazing. I didn’t feel the needle and when i was preparing to start she had already finished!! Great professional and glad Mediclinic is investing in the best medical talent.
