I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Valentina for her exceptional care and hospitality. She is truly a compassionate human being before being a doctor, and her warm welcome, kindness, and high level of respect are deeply appreciated. I would also like to thank her smiling assistant, the Triage Nurse, and Asma for the positive and welcoming attitude shown throughout the experience. My journey in the Day Ward began with a wonderful nurse named Asmit, who truly reflected the meaning and spirit of her profession through her care, kindness, and dedication, and even calling after discharge. During the night shift, the care continued with Ms. Maria Verbo, whose attention, support, and concern were equally endless and deeply appreciated. Special thanks as well to the discharge team, Ms. Naveen and the rest of the amazing team, including the anesthesia doctor, Mark from the OT team, and the entire OT staff, for their professionalism and support throughout the journey. Last but certainly not least, sincere thanks once again to Dr. Valentina for her outstanding care and compassion, and to City Hospital for such a remarkable experience and excellent hospitality.

I visited on Saturday to see Dr Victor for a skin reaction/ allery. Not sure. He asked me to do a test so we can rule out everything and know exactly what it is. But ruled out allery. That was Saturday at 15:00 ish. It’s Monday, 20:45! And no one has called me back, I have calls several times to ask if the doctor has submitted the request so my insurance company can approval for me to do the test! Infact I was even called back just to be told ‘Miss Ama I will call you back around 9am today’ hours later I got a message saying ‘case is complete around 16:00’.. not a call back, still no letter from the doctor to my insurance from the hospital, no 1 is even telling me the name of the test so I can do it else where. Go to Mediclinic City north wing at your own risk.⛔️ considering this my 1st time, it’s so disappointing in 2026.

Exceptional efforts by Kelsey to make every Physio session count. Her efforts are much appreciated to make the receiver comfortable with what I felt was unconventional and innovative techniques to help cure my knee ailment. She puts the extra effort on guiding me through the session and how I should continue working on the exercise techniques later in the gym.

I attended physiotherapy sessions with Ms. Laila Zaid and my experience was outstanding. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and works with great dedication and integrity. She explained the treatment plan clearly, monitored my progress regularly, and took extra steps to ensure my comfort and recovery. Thanks to her care, I saw significant improvement in pain and mobility. I strongly recommend her to anyone seeking professional and reliable physiotherapy.”

I had a truly exceptional experience with Dr. Nooren. She is not only a highly skilled dermatologist, but also a wonderfully bubbly and engaging person who instantly puts you at ease. She is the only dermatologist who took the time to clearly explain the root cause of the condition and walk me through multiple treatment options in detail.
