Poor Registration Experience I arrived early, completed all the administrative procedures (EID, insurance, etc.), and was instructed to wait in the waiting area. However, the nurses were never informed that I had checked in, and they were actually in the process of cancelling my appointment as a no‑show. I was literally sitting right in front of them for 20 minutes, waiting — which clearly reflects poorly on the clinic’s internal communication and procedures.
Dr. Bester is our favourite paediatrician for 3 years now since the birth of our child. She always explains everything patiently, answers all questions in detail, and never rushes appointments. Her recommendations are evidence-based which is important for me as a mother and she never prescribes unnecessary medications. We always feel calm and confident after visiting her.
