“They always pretend to be extremely busy, wasting more than 20 minutes of my time. They take walk-in customers who pay cash instead of those using insurance. They also claim they are ‘waiting for the approval’ while it’s clear they are not even checking the system. There is no proper organization — they don’t know who came first or second, and cash customers are always served faster. This has happened to me for the 4th time in this branch. My advice: take your prescription and visit another branch.”note it wasnt toooo busy it just they take someone before other(it not baby with us will still sufer , but this is for babies)
